SAP Recommerce
At SAP Recommerce, I reimagined the trade-in flow to make it simpler, faster, and easier to trust. I led usability testing, mapped key pain points, and built high-fidelity prototypes that helped shoppers navigate circular commerce with confidence.
SAP Digital Assistant
On the SAP Digital Assistant team, I redesigned a high-impact feature within a complex enterprise tool. I worked cross-functionally to untangle dense workflows, design responsive UIs, and deliver polished prototypes that made the experience feel effortless in a highly technical space.
